Social Work Awareness Month Film Screening: "King Gimp"

WHO: School of Social Policy and Practice and the Weingarten Learning Resources Center, Office of Student Disabilities Services,
University of Pennsylvania

WHAT: A screening of “King Gimp” and a discussion with the award-winning producer and subject of the film, Dan Keplinger. Keplinger is an artist who has cerebral palsy. As a part of Social Work Awareness Month and the School of Social Policy and Practice’s Centennial celebration, this film draws attention to the many ways social workers help to address the needs of disabled people.

This film screening is open to the public.
