Penn Vet Hosts Free Lecture in Radnor: “Caring for Older Pets”

On Tuesday, December 6 the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine (Penn Vet) will host a free, open-to-the-public lecture called “Caring for Older Pets: Healthcare advice on geriatric and end-of-life issues,” at Penn Medicine in Radnor, PA. Beginning at 6:30 PM, Dr. Meryl Littman, associate professor of medicine at Penn Vet, will talk about the special considerations when caring for older pets and how to handle those difficult decisions end-of-life issues bring.

Who: Penn Vet, pet owners, interested members of the public.

What: Free lecture titled “Caring for Older Pets: Healthcare advice on geriatric and end-of-life issues,” featuring Dr. Meryl Littman of Penn Vet’s Ryan Hospital.

Where: Penn Medicine Radnor, located at 250 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087.

When: Lecture beginning at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 6, 2011 and ending at 8:00 PM.
