The Penn Science Cafe Presents: Will Biology Class Adapt to Intelligent Design?

It came as a surprise to many when the Dover, Pa, school board decided to allow the teaching of "intelligent design theory" in their science classrooms.   

But is intelligent design a viable alternative to evolutionary science? Or is it simply a mutated form of creationism?  Weisberg and Sniegowski will recap the goings on in Dover, describe the science of evolution and discuss the difference between science and pseudoscience.
