This month at the Penn Science Cafe, we take nanotechnology out of the lab and into your house. Nanotech is ripe for commercialization, and Dr. Luzzi will discuss its impact on research, education, business and society.

Dr. Luzzi is the director of Penn's Nanotechnology Institute and faculty director of the Penn Regional Nanotechnology Facility.  He was a scientific principal and advisor to NanoSelect Inc., a nanotechnology startup spun out of the University of Pennsylvania with intellectual property developed in Dr. Luzzis laboratory.  He is the science and technology chair of the US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board.
