On the 25th anniversary of the establishment of White Houses Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, the Penn Law School is convening the largest public gathering of former OIRA administrators.  The OIRA reviews the thousands of new proposed regulations from various federal agencies whose policies affect our health and safety.  

The panel will explore a number of issues, including the practice of reviewing rulemaking through OIRA and how the review process might be improved.
