WHAT:   The University of Pennsylvania will host its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. Activities coordinated by Penn’s African-American Resource Center include a volunteer breakfast, community-service projects, community workshops and a candlelight vigil. The event is part of Penn’s 21st Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Symposium for Social Change.
