Tickets, which are free, are required and will be available on a first come, first served basis Feb. 25-26 for PennCard holders from the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts Box Office, 3680 Walnut St., only one ticket per person. Sponsored by Penn’s Center for Africana Studies and Annenberg School for Communication and by the Institute for Advanced Journalism Studies at North Carolina A&T University, “Kerner Plus 40” is a two-day symposium on the 1968 Kerner Commission report on U.S. race relations.
