Nathaniel Persily, a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania, teaches courses in constitutional law and contemporary issues in law and politics.  His areas of expertise are campaign finance reform, voting rights, election law and congressional redistricting.

He is the author of many publications about campaign finance, including "Perceptions of Corruption and Campaign Finance: When Public Opinion Determines Constitutional Law," oft Money and Slippery Slopesand arties, Money and Corruption."
