Amy Gutmann to Discuss University of Pennsylvania's Plans for East Campus at NCC's "Philadelphia Talks"

WHAT: "Philadelphia Talks," a series of discussions about issues confronting Philadelphia, sponsored by the National Constitution Center.

WHO: This panel will include University of Pennsylvania President Amy Gutmann, who will outline plans for Penn's $1.94 billion eastward-expansion project, including the 24-acre U.S. Postal Service parcel along the Schuylkill River.

Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr will talk about how nightlife can invigorate neighborhoods and bring communities together.

Larry Platt, editor of "Philadelphia Magazine," will moderate.
