In celebration of Earth Week, Penn Sustainability supports the greening of Greater Philadelphia by providing free trees to staff and faculty of Penn. Registration opens April 22 and pick-up is scheduled for May 9.

Take Our Children to Work Day

The Division of Human Resources presents Take Our Children to Work Day, recommended for children ages 9 to 14. A range of programs, like carnival games at Van Pelt-Dietrich Library and coloring with Penny the Pig at the Franklin Building, will be available.

Excellence in Graduate Teaching Reception

The vice provost for education and the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning and Innovation celebrate the Penn Prize for Excellence in Teaching by Graduate Students. The reception will honor the 10 winners in departments ranging from Anthropology to Neuroscience.

Associate Professor of Avian Medicine and Pathology, Laboratory Director, Laboratory of Avian Medicine and Pathology, New Bolton Center, and agriculture spokesperson.
School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Davison’s areas of expertise include the Veterinary Feed Directive, avian medicine and pathology and epidemiology of infectious diseases of poultry.
